After discovering how simple it was to make home made pie crust (my 3 ingredient recipe, here), I thought why not make a quiche. An everything-but-the-kitchen-sink-quiche to be exact. Basically I rolled the pie crust and gently layered it into a prepared pie pan. Then I scrambled up a couple eggs and added whatever I had in my fridge (fresh grated parmesan, red onion, peas, potatoes, you name it). Baked at 375 degrees to golden perfection, then devoured. Typically quiches are served for breakfast, but I consider them to be appropriate at any time of day.
