I feel so lucky to live in California, more specifically, I am thrilled to reside here in Santa Cruz. Just a short drive from just about any lust worthy and beautiful destination and right by the ocean. Recently, my neighbor Fallon called me up in the morning and suggested an impromptu excursion to Davenport. I had never been to the quaint beach town and I jumped at the opportunity to see a bit more of the California coast. We hoped in the car with some snacks and were on our way! Davenport is just a speedy 20 minutes from Santa Cruz and filled with quaint coffee shops and antique stores. We made the most of our day trip by enjoying tea and muffins in the sunshine and galavanting like little kids on the beach! But I really wish we could have taken the time to build a fort like these kiddies:

I love this resin napkin holder filled with coffee beans! I wish I could make one filled with pressed flowers. |

A delicious savory corn muffin from a local coffee shop. |

A sneak peek at some of the accessories I'm wearing in an upcoming post. |

My neighbor Fallon wearing a gorgeous knit infinity scarf. |

Loving her vintage leather bag and printed pants as well! |
While in Davenport I also took a few pictures of the outfit I wore and I'll share that with you guys really soon so don't hesitate to check back!
Yours,
Nico

Those rolls look so yummy. I still have not outgrown forts. I've been wanting to build an indoor tent in our guest bedroom for a while now.
