Summer Accessories:

Accessories

Alexis Bittar jewelry / Kelly Wearstler cuff bangle / Tory Burch leather bangle / Michael Kors stainless steel jewelry, $310 / Cocktail ring / Dannijo collar necklace / House of Harlow 1960 antique ring, $71 / Alexis Bittar indian earrings / Kate Spade necklace / Stud earrings / Maison Martin Margiela brass jewelry, $155 / 14k jewelry / Dannijo bohemian earrings, $190

In a hypothetical reality where I would never have to look at a price tag ever again, I think I would seriously purchase everything in the photo above. But if I had to choose just one favorite, then the Dannijo collar necklace would be coming home with me. Which piece catches your eye?

Nico

Product of my environment:

I never realized how my taste in fashion jewelry is linked to how I decorate my own room! While browsing the nordstrom webpage, I noticed I was repeatedly selecting jewelry based on these items found thru out my room:

A peacock lamp found on overstock.com
(similar style available here)

A fan I found at World Market. I usually have it tacked to my wall but it has also been used as a practical accessory on especially warm days.

A piece that hangs on my wall. Drawing
by Pepe Nunez (he does amazing tattoo
work as well!), coloring by yours truly!

Costume jewelry I crave:

Betsey Johnson "Asian Jungle" long statement pendant necklace. Would wear with a white tank, black formal vest, and flared dark denim jeans:

Bring some sparkles to your face
with this stunning pair of earrings:

What I refer to as the "holy grail" of peacock feather earrings. Won't get damaged over time like these ones and have that instant WOW factor:

The instant I saw this featured on my dear friend Paris' blog, I knew I wanted it for myself (would wear with this fantastic dress):

Wouldn't you find this guy inspiring?
Clearly I sure do:

Sifting Thru Sale Racks: @Nordstrom!

Ok, not REAL sale racks.... just the online kind via Nordstrom.com. As far as shopping online goes, Nordstrom is always a safe bet. They offer exchanges via mail (betcha didn't know that!) as well as returns at any time, it couldn't be easier. I've sifted thru all the junk and found the real gems at an excellent value:

The Alexis Bittar Tapered Bangle bracelet. This piece is
great to wear alone for a hint of color or stacked with
multiple bracelets for a layered look: (An array of colors
for $35.90, normally $55.00)

The brand Sequin offers very fashion forward costume jewelry at decent prices... but we all know a good sale makes everything a little more appealing. Enjoy this turquoise and gold statement necklace for only $43.90:

My obsession with maxi skirts continues to grow.
I am very fond of this "burnt henna" color also.
Wear with a t-shirt and sandals and you are good to go!
(fashion rhyme...)

A black floral pair of closed toe pumps are essential for
a skirt and tights this Fall. Or even pair these shoes with cropped wool trousers. At $51.90, I'm confident you can think of other ways to style this affordable shoe:

A beautiful dress with classic stripes
begs for a swim suit and a floppy hat :
(The price tag of $22.90 won't hurt either!)

shoe with personality. I've actually been stalking this shoe (creepy I know) since they were full price. I'm crazy about the zig zag print in neutral colors and the curved black and gold heel is totally unique. $44.90 is not a lot of cash for a gorgeous pump:

...Where are you finding good deals?

Yours,
Nico
