CoCo ro

Whenever I visit my home town of Stockton California I always take the time to savor a meal at CoCo ro Japanese Bistro & Sushi Bar. Every time I go I try to step outside my comfort zone and taste something new different (and I am never disappointed). This particular meal lasted for what seemed like hours and I'm sure I won't have to eat again for at least a week. My favorite dish of the night was a beef wrapped asparagus appetizer cooked in the most delicate ponzu sauce and served with wafer thin slices of jalapeno pepper. If the delicious fresh fare wasn't enough to tempt you, the low prices will seal the deal!

Beef wrapped asparagus with tomato and jalapeno slivers

Teriyaki glazed salmon, cucumber avocado salad
dressed with creamy miso, with steamed rice

Molten chocolate cake filled with caramel, topped
with pecans, and served with vanilla ice cream
