The Floral Leopard:

I never thought I'd the kind of girl to wear a leopard print and a floral print at the same time. However, after trying out this ensemble, I have completely changed my mind. The key to mixing two strong prints is to keep one of them very subtle and minimal, like my skinny leopard print belt that I've got on. The belt adds just a little bit more interest to an otherwise classic black, white, and red outfit. Do you think you'll be pairing these two prints together?

(Escada pumps previously worn here)

(My most trusted accessory, a gold watch. I purchased this Michael Kors
version several years ago at a Nordstrom pre-season sale!)

Hat- Tarnish, Dress-Diane Von Furstenberg (A thrifty find at Crossroads Trading Co!),
Belt- Target (Perviously worn here), Watch- Michael Kors, Shoes- Escada

Yours,
Nico

  2. Of course, I'd mix leopard and floral. I love it. It totally makes sense to me!

  3. If I owned any floral, I would try this pattern mix. But sadly, I don't. I had a floral print too once but I donated it because it had weird shoulders (that puffy look that was trendy a couple years ago).
I like that your floral print is neutral - it plays well with the leopard. And your bright lips add such a great hint of color.

  5. Hey, thanks for visiting my blog and commenting! I must say, from checking out your outfit posts, you're really making me want to buy a pair of yellow Converse!!

I love the hat with this outfit. I have a tan hat similar to that, but I never know how to style it.

  6. And subtle you did! I didn't really notice the belt was leopard print until I read that it was. I'm also a little slow haha
